We are currently looking for a Technical Trainer to support one our customers who is a market-leading, cloud-native, enterprise SaaS company. In this role, you will train our customers target audience on the product and techniques to successfully deploy their business planning software. You will report to the Delivery Manager and work closely with customer teams to delivery standard or custom training programs.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized individual with experience implementing multidimensional platforms
Job Responsibilities
Become an expert in business planning modeling techniques and best practices by completing the base training within 3 months.
Stay current with all new customer software best practices and software improvements.
Teach a variety of class levels in both a public schedule and private customer sessions. Delivered virtually or in person.
Continually improve training delivery based upon feedback from course feedback received.
Learn unreleased training content quickly and be prepared to deliver on release.
Work alongside Customer Success organization to deliver a relevant and impactful training session for our customers by incorporating customer specific requests.
Ability to be flexible with modality and time requirements to meet customer needs for training.
Lead weeklong classroom training courses with learners of varying skill levels.
Special assignments and other duties not specifically stated may also be assigned.
Support learners with access to the customer learning tools.
Work within LMS and other training platforms to ensure quality training experience.
Support Cohort based training program by delivering bi-weekly one hour training sessions.
Job Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Passion for learning, teaching, and constant improvement.
Ability to comfortably and confidently present to large groups using multiple delivery methods, for lengthy periods of time
Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so students can absorb and retain.
Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
Understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Your role
Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
Be the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors to coordinate the planification of training sessions,
Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, cancellation where required,
Control and validate training agreements and ensure they are signed by both client and external vendors,
Organize the training sessions according to trainee's expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
Coordinate with training organizations, master vendor (OPCO) in charge of training settlement and Indian team
Experience and Skills
2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,
Exposure to an international work environment
High level understanding of the training landscape in France
Customer service-oriented posture is a must
Team player
Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts
Attention to details, structured and organized, capable to prioritize activities
Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage

Your key responsibilities:
You oversee, organize, pilot, and animate the activity of the team which include:
Coordinate and monitor the training plan in relation with the regional delivery manager, and monitor sessions filling rate,
Update dashboards and KPI to ensure proper follow-up
Hold daily huddles with the team to enhance team member's self-organization and raise risks or issues
Meet agreed timelines and quality standards
You monitor closely of all key activities, such as demand planning, session creation, closure, etc, to ensure progress and mitigate risks
You ensure adherence to the processes in place and look for ways to improve performance, organizational efficiency, and methodology
You lead the monthly service review with the customer’s learning delivery manager
